We will engage our creativity and we will take risks for you. If you let us know who you are and share with us your strengths and your weaknesses, we will be willing to fail (in the service of value creation) as well as to succeed for you. In our willingness to fail, we will innovate on your behalf and give all we have to generate new possibilities, increase profitability and investor return. All in the interest of corporate stewardship and continuance as well personal fulfillment and gain.
Likewise, when we know you are not being authentic, we will be less engaged. We will only give part of our attention and focus, and will find something else to engage our creativity and drive. We will find an outlet that will allow us to fully contribute.
